Since 2013, Dellapietras has prided itself on only carrying the highest-quality products available, and by adding our expert aging process to all of our meats.
Since we opened our doors almost a decade ago, our customer base has grown, and with that, so have their palates, thus creating a need for older and more sophisticated flavor profiles.
Over the past decade, we have perfected our process and are truly confident that our products have been taken to their fullest capacity. We specialize in all aspects of the meats industry - beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and homemade sausage.
We chose to showcase our premium beef as our introductory online offering, and over time, will be adding all of our specialty meats to the website.
