Our whole filets are aged on the carcass for 20 days before extracting from the animal. Adding an aging process to a filet mignon might sound like overkill, but extracting the liquids with our lighter aging program makes for the most flavor filet experience.

- Products are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight
- Our products are shipped to you fresh and never frozen, sealed in vacuum packages. To ensure your order stays cool, perishable items are carefully hand-packed in a Styrofoam cooler, accompanied by frozen gel packs - we never use dry ice.
- This cooler is then securely placed into a sturdy shipping box, designed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.
- You will receive a FedEx tracking number once the order ships
