Our burger blends are made with a combination of chuck tri-tip, hanger steak, and 20% of our 20-30 day steak trim. This special blend ensures that you'll get the tastiest burger possible. Each patty is hand-formed and weighs 6 ounces. With an 80/20 meat to fat ratio, these burgers are sure to be a hit. You'll receive 16 patties in each package, so you'll have plenty to go around.

- We are currently shipping our products every Tuesday, shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight - products are expected to arrive next day (Wednesday)
- Our products are shipped to you fresh and never frozen, sealed in vacuum packages. To ensure your order stays cool, perishable items are carefully hand-packed in a Styrofoam cooler, accompanied by frozen gel packs - we never use dry ice.
- This cooler is then securely placed into a sturdy shipping box, designed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.
- You will receive a FedEx tracking number once the order ships
